 For Setting up Hospital or Clinic or Office.
 For Purchase of Equipment or Furniture at the Hospital or Clinic or Office.
 For Renovation/Up gradation of the existing Hospital or Clinic or Office or any other
  justifiable reason.

Doctor/ Architect/ CA/ CWA/ CS/ MBA/ Engineering Consultants holding professional degree/ Other Consultants working independently and in practice or service for minimum 1 year.


A) Based On Valuation/Cost whichever is lower -> 80% of Cost of Premises / Equipment / Renovation / Furniture.

B) Based on Income ->
 5 times of (Average Net Income/Cash Accruals of last 3 years) for existing practitioners.
 3 times of (Projected Average Net Income/Cash Accruals of next 3 years) for new practitioners.

A or B whichever is lower.


Principal Security
 Purchase of Premises/Renovation -> Mortgage of premises as per legal opinion.
 Purchase of equipment/furniture -> Hypothecation of equipment/furniture to be purchased.

Collateral Security (Cases for other than purchase of premises)
 Loan up to Rs. 15.00 lacs: Nil
 Above Rs. 15.00 lacs: Minimum 25% of proposed loan amount

 Guarantors: ONE competent guarantor, acceptable to the bank.


Preferably upto 5 to 7 years.

It can be extended upto 9 years in deserving cases.

Copy of relevant Professional Degree Certificate
Copy of Certificate of Practice Wherever applicable.
Net Worth forms duly completed and signed by Applicants and Proposed Guarantors. In
    case of loans above Rs.25.00 lacs, Net Worth forms should be certified by CA.
IT returns of applicant & guarantor/s along with Computation of Income for last 1 year
    (Salary slips of latest 3 months and Form 16 of last 1 year in case of professionals being
    earlier in service)
In case of new entrant in profession, documents available mention above and provisional /
    estimated income statement / Cash accrual statement.
Legal documents required for ascertaining valid title and creating mortgage /Quotation of
    the equipment to be purchased/ renovation cost or furniture cost. (as applicable)

(All documents to be self- attested by applicant/ proposed guarantor, as applicable.)
